How do I apply to rent one of your properties?
Begin by first visiting our qualifications page where you can review a list to see if you're eligible. Then go to the available properties page to view the currently available or upcoming rentals. If you see an available property that interests you, you may apply immediately online. We'll review the application and if you're qualified to rent the property, we'll contact you for a viewing. If it appears to be a good fit, you can authorize a non-refundable background and credit check. We'll then review the applicants and make a decision.
There are no properties listed on your available properties page. Does that mean there are no properties currently available for rent?
If there are no listings on the available properties page, it usually means there are no current or soon to be upcoming vacancies. While we typically list any currently available or upcoming properties on the site, there are also some properties we rent by invitation only. If we have talked personally about a property not listed on the site, you can still apply online.
What forms of payment do you accept for your residential rentals.
We have a few ways to make easy rent payments for your residential rental. We accept funds transfer from a checking or savings account. We accept credit card payments, and we also accept cash through thousands of Pay Near Me network locations. Please go to our payments page for additional details. If you are considering renting a commercial location, payments are usually arranged via direct deposit through your business bank account.
How do I schedule for a maintenance concern?
Maintenance concerns can be handled through your resident portal online. You can submit a request and upload a video if necessary. For emergencies, please contact the appropriate agency (Police, Fire, etc.) or our after hours emergency phone number.
